Much better than you expected, very high level noise cancellation and excellent sound

Sound really good and plenty of bass without being too much. Make sure to use Creative App to setup. Girlfriend is very pleased with them

I purchased these earbuds for my windows 10 PC and iPhone 8 and on both devices, sound comes from only one side at a time. When I disconnect one of the earbuds, then sound is produced in the active earbud, but when both earbuds are connected, then the same problem is reproduced. I tried factory-resetting the earbuds by pressing the case button for 8 seconds as instructed by the Creative FAQ page but that did not fix the problem. I spent almost 2 hours in trying to solve this problem but nothing changed. I ended up returning this unit to Amazon. Based on the sound produced by the right earbud alone, the bass is more notable than the mid and treble, but I wasn't able to test the sound with both earbuds as mentioned above. I might give Zen Air Pro a try later. Hope this helps.
