Good and comfort...

Unfortunately the mattress I ordered was a little bit small but Duroflex and amazon worked together and they accepted my return. The delivery guys had to deliver the mattress to 4th floor without using the lift, with no additional cost. Kudos to the entire team. The mattress is good. One side is soft and the other side is firm giving good back support. Just go for it if you don't want memory foam mattress which are heat conductors.

I have been using this mattress for 4 months, and am happy about the product.In spite of Covid protocols and restrictions, it was delivered as promised. The Amazon delivery boys asked for tips. Considering their hardship during this pandemic time, I gave the tips. My observations on this mattress are:1. This is a well-engineered and designed mattress, conforms to the contours of your body and does not bounce like a sping a mattress, or sink like a memory foam mattress.2. Provides excellent comfort and firm support to the shoulders, back, and hips.3. Unlike rubber or polyurethane foam, it actually prevents the body from sinking and curling when you are sleeping.4. Does not cause a ripple disturbing the other sleeper.5. I would like to mention here that while this mattress is particularly beneficial not only for those who are experiencing arthritis, back, or hip pains but is really suitable for people of all ages irrespective of any ailments.Good value for money. I would recommend 'Buy' rating and 5* for this orthopaedic mattress.

It feels great comfort while sleeping, no question of back pain. It was wonderful for my daily use.

Nice standard quality and durable

I have used this mattress for last 3 days and hence a early feedback. The first feel of the mattress is too soft. However it provides good back support when you sleep. It's not very hard but still feels quite comfortable for the spine. Really happy to buy the product. Duroflex could have provided complimentary mattress cover at this price to build their brand value and enhance life of the mattress.

This is a very poorly designed mattress. The top 2 layers sink and takes the shape of your body. They are not resilient i.e. they will not provide support and push you back up. It does not spring you up. The net effect is like sleeping in a gutter. Rolling to the side is like trying to roll uphill from a sink hole. I started a severe upper back pain within two weeks of sleeping on this one. Please note I use a natural latex contoured side sleeper pillow. I am a side sleeper and 97 Kilos / 6 ft. If you are a lighter person or back sleeper this mattress might work for you. I had to turn this mattress upside down and spend another 30,000 Rs for a 3” Natural Latex orthopedic grade mattress topper to make it work. Should have saved my money and gone with a natural latex full thickness mattress right from the beginning.
