I love the mirror! It is beautiful in my bathroom. When mounted properly it is very sturdy. The lighted blue button makes for a nice night lite. This mirror can be mounted vertically or horizontally. There are 4 slots in the back panel that are the perfect balance when installed using those slots. In order to get it balanced, my husband took the back panel off. There are 4 screws in the back to take out then pull slightly the clear tubing (lining) around the mirror. It does come off but be careful. A contractor did a poor job which caused the mirror to be lopsided. My handyman husband had to go back and reinstall. I recommend using all four screws provided for the slots to make it balanced and sturdy. Don't forget to use a leveler!! Very important!! You cannot just eyeball it for balance, it doesn't look correct. The light on the mirror button gives me the light I need and especially when you touch it to come on you can hold the button to allow the light to go brighter or dimmer. It will remember where you have set it after turning it off. The delivery of this mirror was impeccable. I was so worried something would happen to it during shipping. It was very well packaged. Yes, I would recommend this product.

Install is great because you can take the heavy mirror portion off and just mount the frame first. Mirror glass is good quality, and the power button is not really a button, but instead flush so it's super clean. Brightness is decent, but you will definitely need an extra light to illuminate the rest of the bathroom. My biggest gripe is the power button is a bright blue light, so in the dark the blue light pierces your eyes (it's the anti night mode of cell phones). I ended up putting a piece of masking tape to mellow out the light.

How do I utilize 1year warranty with no contact information listed!! Please assist how to exchange or return to BANYAN/ Co ZUpdate: The seller shipped another mirror after I emailed video to prove inoperable mirror. Mirror was Installed and works well.

I bought two of these mirrors for our bathroom remodel and they are perfect in there- love the light, and the blue on/off button is plenty of nightlight. Then about 2 weeks after installation, one of them stopped working. I contacted the seller thru Amazon, they responded quickly. Had me upload a video of the mirror not working (!) to YouTube, then quickly sent me a replacement- no need to return the dead one. So far so good on the replacement but it's only been a couple weeks. Hopefully it will last!

they used USA wiring colors, it was very well packed to prevent breakage, and it includes a template to assist with installation, the dimmer works, on/off works

This is a heavy mirror and you will need someone familiar with electric or an electrician to install the mirror, but it's worth it. The lighting settings are wonderful and the mirror looks fantastic. I have one in each bathroom(different sizes/shapes) and they work perfect.

need an electrician to install. 4 nail holes to line up not so easy when there is an electrical wire beind it. Could have a sturdier way to hang. Once up, it is delightful!!!

This is an excellent, high quality mirror. Installing was very easy. It is meant to be hard wired. Since I replaced a light fixture with this mirror the wiring was already there. I saw many reviews that stated the light in the mirror was not very bright. I was able to turn the brightness up all the was and was plants bright for my bathroom. I have been researching these for a while and all are very expensive $300-$500. So I was skeptical.
