ANCEL FX6000 OBD2 Scanner with All System Automotive Code Reader Vehicle OBDII Diagnostic Scan Tool for Engine ABS SRS Transmission TPMS EPB

First, The buying experience was great! was delivered in 4 days non prime and came on a Sunday USPS Sunday delivery!I am just a retired mechanic looking for a scanner for personal use that has 2 way functions, I have not had chance to use it much yet, but did plug it into a couple of vehicles to try it out so have not really put it to the test all of it's capabilities yet.Ancel seems eager to help as they have sent several emails asking how I like their scanner and how to update software and how to contact them if there is any problems. The update process was easy and had the latest software for many brands .If you have a 12v wallwort (doesnt everyone have a box of psu's laying around) it is very easy to plug in to pc and update, there is not one included and the unit is powered by the obd2 port in use.If you don't want a fancy expensive tablet type scanner that breaks the bank, this is a good option.I am very happy with the Ancel FX6000 so far.

I purchased this product due to it saying I could reset the ecm with it. I could not do that with this device. It was not easy to navigate for my needs. It’s a little overpriced in my opinion. It has many features but I didn’t use them since I returned it soon after purchase. It can detect error codes as with any scanner like this. If that’s all you need it for then I’d get a less expensive one.

Bought this for my fiancé after his scantool got stolen out of his truck. This unit did not work. Refused to update, could not read any codes. Apparently you're required to install software on the device to make it work, unlike ANY quality scantool he's ever had. Tech support is useless, and i was told that I needed to install the software over and over again. Final suggestion by tech support was that my fiancés cutting edge computer "wasn't good enough" to run the janky chinese software. Amazon covered the return.

After contacting the company and dealing with customer service which was excellent and help me work through the issues I was having I recommend this product to anybody looking for a good scanner

Mejor si actualizamos la última versión desde una computadora. Es fácil porque ya traen su programa al conectarlo al pc. Así puedes agregar otras marcas que necesites o para actualizar a los autos más recientes. Excelente porque ves todos los módulos

I bought this Ancel fx6000 product to reprogram the tpms and program a extra key for my truck non of them worked. I said okay let me update this first to see if it needed to be updated. Even with that still nothing. If you want to read and clear codes this is awesome but for other pro use your better off going with autel or one of the higher ancel models (which I have not tried). Btw you have to go all over threw different settings to get what you need.

For the most part pretty good. I have only had it a few days. Manual is not very good I found out why I couldn't register or up date it online , but not from the company. You have to connect it to a computer that has windows mine didn't So I ordered a notebook that does. I have not got that yet.
