Small tube, but worth the friction-free process.
I've hated dragging myself through the process of bushing my teeth for as long as I can remember, and it's only by the grace of God and lucky genetics why I've never had a cavity. I heard this was a common thing for people with ADHD or Autism due to sensory issues and I didny realize that this was also the case with me as well until an ADHD forum I visited mentioned this brand. Used it for the first time today and I was floored by how delightful and easy the process was without that familiar disgusted pit in my stomach. I 1000% recommend it. Sure, it's pricey for such a small tube (in comparison, I could get like 4-5 Colgate tubes for the price of 1 of these) but it's worth the lack of friction for the process and I will be a returning customer. I don't know why mint-free toothpaste/dental care products are so difficult to find in local stores, but I've found the solution. I would give it 6 stars if I could.I cant speak for the whitening effects yet, my teeth aren't particularly yellow unless I haven't brushed for a few days and they're gross, but they looked great and have that pleasant slick plaque-free feeling I enjoy sticking my tongue over. Got the job done and tastes great.

Best toothpaste ever!! and truly mint-free!
Update: Sadly this stuff isn’t good long term if you have tooth/gum sensitivity. Before using this I was using Sensodyne. After using this 2-3 times a day every day for over a year, one day my tooth pain was suddenly worse than ever. Biting down on even soft bread was painful. I swear my gums looked like they had receded too. So I switched back to Sensodyne (sad face) and was feeling back to normal after a couple of days. I’m really bummed because I love the flavor and clean feeling of this mint free lemon toothpaste. But it’s not a good idea to keep using it all the time if you have sensitive teeth and gums like me. I’m leaving 5 stars still because my husband has had no issues with it at all. If Red Seal ever comes out with a sensitive/enamel protective version of this toothpaste, I’m buying it for sure!Original review: It's amazing how difficult it is to find toothpaste that has no mint and no menthol. I am so glad I found this product! The taste is really pleasant and my teeth and mouth feel much cleaner than it does after using "regular" store-bought minty toothpastes. This lemon toothpaste doesn't foam up as much as store-bought stuff, but I don't mind that too much... I think it encourages me to brush longer than I normally would. The freshness is unmatched! I can brush before bed and when I wake up, my mouth still feels fresh! This is the only toothpaste that's ever done that for me. It's well worth the price, and actually comparable to a lot of the fluoride minty brands anyway. I hope I can always get more of this product!

Good alternative to mint
I am thrilled to have found a toothpaste that is not mint flavored. The lemon flavor is pretty good. Seems to clean teeth well. My teeth also seem a bit more white. Maybe it’s the lemon?

No mint flavor - YAY!!!!
No mint!!!!! I HATE mint - the taste, smell, everything! I was stuck using children's toothpaste because I couldn't find any toothpaste for adults that wasn't mint flavored. Unfortunately, kid's toothpaste doesn't have the plaque fighting, whitening, and other stuff adults need. So glad I finally found this! The lemon flavor is not overpowering, and kinda tastes like lemonade. It's a bit gritty, but not in a bad way. Feels like there's a lot of baking soda in it, and you'll notice whiter teeth in just one week. A bit pricey, but I don't care. I'm a customer for life!

Yea! No mint! No fluoride! Mild.
Finally, I found a toothpaste I can use. I do not want mint or fluoride or carageenan or...I tried a couple of mint-free fluoride-free hydroxyapatite toothpastes which I liked but they didn't seem to like me or at least not my gums. Finally came upon this one with such a mild flavor. Small tube but seems to last a long time, as you don't really need a large amount on the brush. I also sprinkle on some xylitol. Xylitol helps keeps bacteria from clinging to your teeth and making plaque. Or you could use more the expensive D-mannose. I've ordered this toothpaste twice and will order again at the times the price is discounted just to make sure I have plenty on hand.

Citrus flavored toothpaste [not really "lemon"]. "NO MINT"-LUV THAT! but alas, taste not appealing
i love what it says on the tube: "mint-free".what scotus ever ruled that all usa consumable hygiene products must be mint-flavored?? i hate mint flavor!well, i guess that's why this toothpaste is a new zealand product. it's labeled as lemon flavored (not kiwi), but it's actually more of a citrus.i really appreciate being able to get it. and i don't care what it costs, as long as it's NO mint.i say it that way because many american consumable hygiene products have a sweet flavoring (e.g., strawberry, mango, peach, cherry, banana, mixed berry, etc.), but typically combined with mint flavor! and in those cases, of course, it's the mint that dominates! that doesn't work for me.but unfortunately, the citrus flavor of this brand is not particularly pleasant (it's appealing the first few times it's used, but after that, it's no longer a novelty and becomes more of a 'meh'; i'm already tired of it after less than a half dozen uses).
