These waist trainer shorts weren't to hard to put on. The material felt super soft against my skin. Once on I did notice my body had a smoothe look. This item is more like a compression garment. It was breathable and comfortable to wear all day. If you're looking for a garment to smooth out the rolls without people being able to notice you are wearing it, I would recommend you try this item. But don't expect it to squeeze you in like a corset.

I am 5'4", 195 lb. Curvy with hips, thighs and butt... I ordered an xl. I had to pull the inner thighs down as they rolled up cutting into my inner thigh area constantly. I would recommend sizing up x2.

Ok. So. Upon arrival yeah it fits really well, stays up, doesn't roll down and doesn't roll up on the thighs. Then I put it to the real test - So length-wise on the torso (on me) it went up to right under my bra strap and I have a torso a little on the shorter side. I personally like it when they go a little higher so my bra strap can be laid on top of it for extra support. Around the thigh area its a short-medium length short. It definitely does not roll up. My thighs touch so after walking one side of the short didn't roll up but it did go up toward my crotch... does that make sense?? All thick thigh girlies I think know what I'm talking about. Also once you "break it in" it rolls down in the back. Only slightly in the front. If you're gonna sit in it for long periods of time the little boning pieces it has start to DIG into you. not comfy at all. It's almost as if this shapewear will work well if you stand. Kind of like when you have your standing jeans and then your sitting jeans... anyone else? It definitely shapes and lifts the booty doe. Solid 3 stars. Definitely not 5.Im 5'3", measurements are Bust: 43" Waist: 37" Hips: 53" I usually wear XL for this I got a 2XL.

I ordered a size up and found this comfortable as well as slimming! And NO ROLLING DOWN!In the past I rarely ever wore a slimming garment, the main reason being the discomfort & annoyance of the item rolling down & I d find myself constantly fidgeting and adjusting!!! These are buttery soft and so so comfortable! They stay up without falling down constantly and are true to size. I would buy again and again. Also make me feel extremely confident and perfect length to go under clothes and dresses and skirts. Two stars cause it smooths small imperfections like cellulite. Didn't really flatten my stomach but made my butt as flat as a pancake lol. I thought with the circle pattern on the butt that that was an area that was less constricting but it's really just a print on the fabric and not a variance in the thickness or "give". The top also rolls down immediately. I ordered a medium based on their size chart and it was too small. Returned and didn't exchange based on the cons.
