If you are always carrying items on your roof rack or have a roof top carrier like a thule, this is an awesome tool to have. When I access the back of the roof carrier, I stand on the rear tire but when I had to access the front of the roof carrier I always had a tough time but with this step, now it's so much easier and I don't get my clothes dirty by leaning onto the car. I was a bit skeptical at first and I really didn't know if would damage my car but it's very strong and it did not effect my door latch in any way. Excellent step to have around if you use your roof rack often. It does come with a point at the end to break the window if you have to as well but mainly as a step, it's really useful.

Fit very well in the hook on my Toyota RAV4, step was level and felt very secure.When I fitted to my F-350, the step fit loosely and sat at an angle that felt wobbly and insecure.Although looks and feels well made, it will not be used as hoped on the truck.

Seen several of these and have been interested in them. Although I’m 6’4” and have a long reach, sometimes I need that little bit of extra.Tried this one on both my Kia EV6 and my F150. It does work. However, I wish it was just a bit bigger for my size 12 feet.Also, it says it’s rated for 400lbs. Well, I’m over 250lbs and there is a litlle bit of flex with it.Should be fine for most everyone else.
