I wasn’t sure about these when I first saw them but after many uses I can say now that they are a really good buy and I would definitely recommend them.

Just the right amount of support and give for the knees. Mats can be either too firm or too spongy.I'm really pleased with these. A well designed product.

They are just perfect. I can use them for my hands, knees, elbows, arms. I can sit on them. The possibilities are endless. They are light weight. Thin enough to have your legs flat when kneeling on them but still very supportive. Lovely colour pink. No slip on yoga or pilate mats. Do not fall apart or peel.

During Pilates and yoga, I use them to protect and support my knees. Always I pop them into my gym/yoga bag.

Good knee support, it's comfortable. It does stick to your skin in warmer weather tho, hence -1 star.
