The sound is loud, but the adhesion is not very good

I recently purchased the Metak wireless door alarm for my motel room door/ window while traveling for work, and I couldn't be more pleased with its performance. Installation was incredibly easy setting it up took no time at all. Once in place, the alarm is extremely loud and serves as an effective deterrent if the door is opened unexpectedly.I haven’t had any issues with false alarms or connectivity, and the alarm seems to be very reliable. One of the features I really appreciated was that the set came with two alarms, which is great for securing multiple entry points around the house. Additionally, the arm and disarm controls are very easy to read and use, making the system simple to manage.For the price, I definitely think this product offers great value. Overall, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable and efficient way to enhance home security.

The media could not be loaded. Picked up these door alarms for some extra peace of mind. They're pretty easy to stick on - just peel and press. No drilling or anything, which is nice. The remote control's handy, lets you turn them on and off without having to reach up to the sensors. They're pretty loud when they go off, definitely would wake you up if someone tried to sneak in. Been using them on my front and back doors for a couple weeks now. They seem to work okay most of the time. But they're not perfect. Had a few false alarms when the wind blew the door a bit too hard. The adhesive's strong, but I'm not sure how long it'll last in humid weather. The remote range isn't quite as far as they claim - works fine inside the house, but not from the driveway. Battery life seems decent so far, but I'm keeping spares just in case. They're a bit bulky on sliding doors, stick out more than I'd like. Overall, they're okay if you want some basic door security without much fuss. Just don't expect them to be as fancy as a pro system. The product seems to work fine, but as usual these days, the instructions are written in Chinese translated to English, and are a little sketchy. Also the teeny tiny pamphlet and teeny tiny gray lettering tells you that the volume is adjustable but does not tell you how to do it.

Bought this after our 4 year old wandered off early one morning. Super easy to install. Easy to use. Ding dong and emergency alarm sounds. 2 volumes. Both loud enough to be heard throughout our house. The peace of mind this gives us is absolutely priceless!
