ONLY TILDA!
I only ever buy Tilda Basmati. Barely cover with cold water, gently move so I can just see grains peeping through, bring to a one minute hard boil, remove, DO NOT TOUCH LID, & allow to sit in the hot steamy water for 15 minutes. Then lift lid & fork through. Always, always lovely and fluffy. Thanks

If you don’t know how to cook rice this is not for you! The quality is not all that, the taste is good there is no fragrance to it that is good to me. It actually kept its freshness the following day
