Easy to buy can't always find in supermarkets
Purchased as couldn't always find the protein pots in supermarkets, the flavour is really good and when made in the morning make the whole kitchen smell like golden syrup which is an added bonus.Very filling and for the amount of protein and the relatively low calories, can't really go wrong.
