I really didn’t know what to expect when ordering this, I have ADHD & have tried no end of supplements which are meant to boost mood & focus but don’t work.It comes in a little box with a magnetic closure, a little metal spatula & a product authenticity insert. The pot is quite mini but when you see bow thick the product is you will know it lasts ages.The product itself smells like a smoky dusty wooden cupboard so I thought it may also taste that way too. I mixed the recommended amount into my coffee but to be honest I couldn’t taste it at all so was pleasantly surprised.This is my first time trying this so will report back in a few weeks on its efficacy.

I think they seem to be popular with teenagers. I was a little bit confused on my son started asking for these but thought I’d give them a try as he was pretty sure of the amazing benefits to overall health and energy levels.It’s really hard to comment on how useful or how good they are, but he feels that they’re having some benefit. Put a little of a drink with hot water it smells awful and looks even worse, but he seems to be happy with it.

My husband and I discovered this product when watching a well known podcast some time ago where they were discussing the many benefits.Upon receiving the product he did the dilution and burn test to ensure it was the real thing.We dissolved it in coffee with some honey, or you can add it to any hot, but not boiling brew, as quite honestly it tastes awful on its own which is probably down to the high fulvic acid content.It’s just a pea sized dose so you don’t notice it in a coffee.My husband has reported that he’s sleeping deeply and has vivid dreams, (still snoring sadly I wish it could cure that !!), and I’m finding I have more energy during the day and my stress levels seem lower.It’s something we will definitely continue with now we have found this brand.I would recommend giving it a try, in my opinion it’s the real deal, and fairly priced.I hope you find my review helpful.

This product does what shilajit does.I have used shilajit for a while now and I find that it helps a lot with my extreme fatigue and my iron deficiency.I noticed no irritation or side effects other than extra energy and less lethargy. It functioned as advertised.

When I received the Shilajit I was immediately impressed by the packaging. Better than any others I have received through Amazon to date. Lovely box, well presented. I was also impressed that there was a seal on the bottle. It was pretty cold so I warmed it on the radiator to remove. The smell and taste is similar to my current favourite. In comparison it is less pungent and is a bit weaker/easier to take. I tried the burn test and it acted as it should. It is a shame that there is no lab report. To claim it is lab tested but not provide or make the information available is disappointing. I tried to get information through the Therapeutico website with no success. I am only going to take one star off, because compared to some of the others that I have tried, that were clearly fake. I do have more confidence with this. So, for others that would like to try Shilajit, and not spend too much, I recommend. But personally, I am at the stage now with Shilajit that my trust level is pretty low. I have had clearly fake Shilajit that also claimed it was lab tested. I am now at the stage I would pay extra for Shilajit that comes with a batch test certificate, or traceability to source.
