I've had the Hiseeu Dual Lens 3MP PTZ WiFi Security Camera for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer for our home security. Very good camera, value for money. But I can't find a way to disable the white lights permanently. They do attract the attention of passers by or neighbours, who are not happy that the camera is active. It would be better switched off before I get told off Mike B

Set it up same day as delivery it was very easy to set up but next day the problem started it constantly when of line after an hour you had to reset it up this continued and still does as it's for the nursing home it's important that it works a camera by the entrance is part of our insurance company must we have had a tapo there for many years but now we have gone fibre we had to up grade inside we have iegeek ones no problems this has left up with a problem we can't reorder till we get a refund on return and this could take up to 2 week .this was bought by the friends of the home with very little left in the kitty after having to buy 3 others .and before the maker says reset it up from start it has been done 3 times and still the same problem so we say done buy get iegeek instead update all they say is return it customer service is the worst Do not buy if you have a problem customer service is no good at all again take my advice don't buy

The camera has a very clear picture. It is easy to use all the functionalities. It was easy to install into place. The WiFi connectivity is good. It also looks attractive and modern. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is a great Camera. I particularly like the dual lens function which allows you to focus on a static area as well as the use of the 2nd PTZ camera lens which then follows and tracks any movement. The top camera is fixed on one area and the bottom tracks movement. The PTZ home function (moves back to a start point) is a bonus. Although it does not mention it in the description, I have added this camera to my existing system, so no Micro SD card required. I have the Hiseeu 4 x 5MP Wireless PTZ Security Camera System with 12" Monitor, 10CH NVR CCTV Camera 3TB HDD and added the dual camera to my monitor display after the firmware upgrade, so it does everything the other cameras do and more. You must however ensure your system has had the Hiseeu firmware upgrade to: 3.6.2.14m, before trying to add it to your existing system. Very bright security lights and good quality sound to warn off intruders or give instructions to delivery drivers.

From the moment you pick it up you can feel that it has a very well built quality. The convenience of it being hybrid by having a bullet fixet wide angle camera and a second - PTZ for flexibility to check every corner of the area, is just spot on!!! I had this idea in my head for sometime and finally Hiseeu managed to design and deliver it. Brilliant!!! Also, despite being apparently insignificant, it can be fixed on the wall as well as on wall ceiling or under the roof. That's a nice touch! 👌 The manual gives very simple and straightforward information on how to set it up. Even my young daughter could connect it! This CCTV uses an already tested EseeCloud App (Android & iOS) that is very simple to use and control the camera. PS: I'm already using a Hiseeu Camera System and I can confirm it's an amazing brand. Never had any issues and always had brilliant video/audio quality and control, and I can see that this model is no exception! Highly recommend!👌

I have installed many cctv cameras over the past years. 3 on my own house, my mums, friends and neighbours. I saw this advertised by Hiseeu and was a perfect replacement for the camera I've had up in the rear garden for a few years. I needed one that looks down the garden and one to view the side entrance. I'll probably move it more central on the house so the fixed camera view shows more of the garden. I can now keep an eye on the garden and the storage sheds at the same time. Set up in the app with my other Hiseeu cameras easily and very pleased with the new dual camera model. Would always use Hiseeu as had used their cameras for several years. If any problems arise they are 100% dedicated to customer service.
