Delicious and flavorful snack option for those who need to watch their diet. I am a snacker and recently found out I am pre diabetic. I am looking for food swaps that provide healthier options and still have the flavor. This portion size provides the fix I need and I am also getting the nutrients that are better for me, protein and some fiber without sugars added. I personally think it’s a good value compared to a lot of other tasteless options. I would like more pretzels in the mixed, just my preference. Will definitely order again.

The savory varieties are okay, but the sweeter ones are my preference. Spicy is definitely spicy, cashews are good and cool down the burn. Cheddar was disappointing Traditional is okay I really like the blueberry - enough to reorder. Cinnamon is good! I am waiting to try the honey variety. All have good crunch factor. I was attracted to the higher protein and healthier snack qualities.

Too expensive for the size of the bag and the amount of pretzels and cashews. Taste is good but there are better and less expensive options out there.

I love them! They taste amazing

I saw this on an influencers TikTok and decided to try it and I am so glad that I did. The flavor is so maple leaf and good. You only need a few little bites of this to get the full Rich flavor. I do not use it as a serial. I use it as a topper, crushed up on my plain Greek yogurt or on cottage cheese. It adds just the right amount of flavor and crunch. This would also probably be delicious as the base for a cheesecake if you are keto or cutting out all of the sugar.

So delicious. It's a bit pricey but a nice treat on occasion.

So far these are the best keto (friendly) snack I've had! Great cheesy flavour and not chalky. Tastes like Bits and Bites for the most part. There isn't much in the bag so it is expensive, but it's worth it to me as an occasional splurge. The carb count is high at 5g for 1/2 a cup, so I always measure to fit into my macros. Excited to try out other flavours!

For almost $12, this is a VERY small bag. Taste is alright.
