UPDATE: The support team reached out and requested a couple of recordings of the issue I was having where the device was booting to the splash screen and then going dark again. After recognizing that standard troubleshooting was not resolving the issue, a replacement was issued and shipped free of cost. This still isn’t the snappiest of devices but delivers expected base functionality that I required as a QA Android device for my work!I am really hopeful this is just a temporary thing and that tehy'll be back soon but their website isn't loading and my device boots but then goes blank. None of the online suggestions reqult in a hard-reset. I get the "Touch 10. Powered by Android go edition." and then it goes blank again.I know you "get what you paid for" but had hoped it would be useable for testing Google Play Store apps on similarly underpowered devices for a little longer than a couple of months.I will update (including the star rating) when/if their support is able to get me back up and running [finegrs crossed]. I emailed but, as I said, their website isn't loading. Not a great sign. Oof.

I bought two of these tablets, and both does the same thing, they will not charge up and power on anymore. My kids was able to use the devices one time and once it went dead, they tried to charge it, it's like it is stuck in a power cycle mode and will not fully power on. I have tried the charger that came with the tablets and various other ones and get the same results. A waste of my hard earn money. I purchased two at the same time and for them to both be having the same issue, says a lot for this product.

Purchases times to use while I was relaxing in my bed watching TV shows. Give me the internet and YouTube videos works wonderfully, the LED screen is very bright. The volume is very loud. It's good for music. The CPU seems to run very quickly. I would suggest for anybody looking for a good quality. But budget priced tablet ten out of ten

I bought this tablet as a cheaper alternative to something like a Kindle in order to read e-books without having to sit at my desk or have my phone close to my face. If you like to read a lot of e-books, this could be a cheaper alternative. Since I bought it, there were some things that I found that weren't great initially, but could be remedied fairly simply.Right out of the box, I noticed that the tablet felt very sluggish. Things were loading very slowly from the beginning. After using for a while, it wasn't as slow as it was when I first got it out of the box, but I also ended up changing some settings. It also helped to swap off of Chrome.There are also some issues with the range of the wireless on tablet. Where I read isn't that far from the router, but I'm still not getting that great of a signal. This isn't much of an issue as there are ways around that, but it's best to keep that in mind if you use this a ways away from the router.I do like that it has 64 GB of internal storage with the ability to add more. I don't have a lot of apps downloaded, but it's always nice to have a good bit of storage just in case.I haven't seen issues with the battery life straight out of the box. It lasts quite a bit of time but I will update the review if it starts to give me some issues.It's a decent tablet tablet for the price. I'm not sure how well it will work for other use cases (such as gaming), but it's somewhat okay for reading.

Bought it to watch videos and movies on.. used it a few times. I have no idea why it just stopped turning on 😔

My son bought this with his birthday money. Unfortunately, it so slow that it's extremely frustrating trying to browse the web or play games. Browsing a web page and clicking on items causes the tablet to freeze and takes several minutes for it to catch up. It has decent color and sound but unfortunately can't do basic functions. Also, the screen scratches very easily. I do not recommend using a stylus.
