I have rheumatoid arthritis and must wear ankle compression socks for support. I’ve tried more brands and types of ankle support sleeves than I can count, and none gave me the comfort, fit, and snug support around my ankles than these by Sparthos. I received the first pair, wore them all day, knew without question I’d found what I needed, and immediately ordered a second pair. The material is soft and thicker than most socks with good overall stretch and construction. They stay in place without riding up or down on my feet, and they can be worn comfortably with most types of shoes. I love the open toes and closed heel. This is an excellent product and I’m planning to buy several more. I just wish they came in black so they could be worn with black leggings and not look like an orthotic.

The Ankle Compression Sleeve (ACS) has a snug fit and so far wears well, though it's been only a couple of weeks. It's comfortable and works well to support the ankle. I have ankle swelling, pain and weakness due to numerous old sprains and the ACS helps to mitigate these symptoms and gives the support I need to keep living an active life. I give a 4 rating because the label is too big and intrusive under the sock. I cut it off but that's not the best thing for the material.

Sally ankle swelling is something that I have to contend with from time to time. These compression socks are great addition towards helping me to rid my body of the swelling in my ankles. These socks provide great compression & they're very durable towards helping to reducing the swelling that I experienced from time to time.

It definitely provides compression, though it seems it runs a bit small.. I wish that it stayed in place better and that the seam wasn't so thick on the bottom section that is on the foot near the toes. Can be uncomfortable and takes some getting use to. The elastic material (stringy stretchy stuff) does start to show through the material after just a few wears (if you wear it all day as I do for work).

I do like the fit of it, great Price.The only thing is the seam after a long wear, it hurts a little bit.

I wear an ankle brace and sometimes I want a lower profile for various outfits. These are comfortable and offer some support. I’m happy with them.

I find it fit comfortably and tight against ankle and leg. The material is soft and not stiff.For the price of the compression ankle it is worth it. I have tried several and this onerates best for me for providing support when walking etc. If severe injury of course probablyneed some more but for basic ankle twist and minor achilles stretch it works.

Comfortable. Didn't shrink with washing. Recommended.
