Our spiced vanilla bean sugar is sure to please. We start by chopping up Madagascar vanilla beans and mixing them with pure vanilla extract and white granulated sugar. We then evaporates off the alcohol while allowing the vanilla to infuse the sugar. For the final step, we sift out the vanilla beans, grind them into granules and mix it all back together. For the final flavoring, we mix in cinnamon, allspice, mace and cardamom. Perfect for coffee. Try sprinkling on hot and cold cereals, fruits, French toast and pancakes. Great in place of plain white sugar to add a twist to many baked goods.
