So often baked goods are difficult to lift out of their pans. These slings alleviate that problem. Just line the pan with the sling and after the cake (or whatever) is cooked and cooled - lift it right out. You may have to run a knife around the edges - depending on whether you greased the sides well enough... I'd buy these again. I was given a promotion consideration to try these.
