The only product that works for Daisy…
This product was kind of the holy grail of non-RX pet supplements. I heard a couple of parents at the vet talking about it when I took my 13 year old Lab Daisy in for a check up. Arthritis has kept her from hunting the last two duck seasons. Hips and joints. I have tried it all. She’s been on this for almost a month. At first, I thought I was just seeing what I wanted to. I looked outside this morning saw my boys throwing the football before carpool. And there was my Daisy—chasing the football at near a dead run back and forth between the boys. This was not possible for her to do in August. Grateful to you, Happy Jack! If she gets any better I might start taking this myself.

Cost effective?
I have 125lb dog. For the first 2 weeks you're supposed to give 2 tabs for every 25lbs. So 5 tablets x2. 10 tablets a day. That means this bottle lasts 8 days - not even a full 2 weeks. After the first 2 weeks, at 5 pills a day a bottle will last 16 days. So $50 for the first two weeks and then $50 a month after that. I'm not sure that's very cost effective. Other than that, the dog eats these just fine and there have been no weird side effects. I can't tell if they are working or not, supplements take time.

Seems good so far
My dog liked these and atr them up quickly, I used for a month, my eldest husky had a little more energy which is great for him (he’s 13 years old!) my vet recommended this type of supplement, and the price and value seems good.

Hoping for results
My dog ate these with no issues, I didn’t have to break them up but they are scored and able to be broken easily. My dog has hip and joint issues and I like that these seemed to have good ingredients. We haven’t seen a huge improvement yet, but symptoms haven’t worsened and we were definitely seeing progression before. I’m hopeful with continued use that these will help him!

Expensive for big dogs
My dog isn't a puppy nor a little pocketbook pooch. That means that a supplement like this is going to be expensive since the recommendations are based on the dog's weight. Two tablets per 25 lbs. of body weight means the 80 pills in this container aren't going to last long with my big canine! Dog liked the flavor (but then, she likes everything.) Maybe a good buy if your dog is small. Mine's not. Pass.

Appealing ingredients & my dogs tolerate them well
My dogs have been on another well-known brand of joint supplement for years. In comparison to that one, the Flexenhance Plus+HA tablets are the same diameter, but slightly thicker. They are scored in both directions so you can break a tablet into halves or quarters to get the proper dosage based on your dog's weight and/or make the pieces easier for them to eat (especially for smaller dogs or those with few teeth). I found it fairly easy to break the tablets, although they didn't break along the score lines. The resulting quarters were a bit uneven and crumbly. The Flexenhance Plus+HA tablets have a strong garlic/seafood smell, but my dogs didn't complain. Just like with their usual (odorless) brand, my "will eat anything" dog eats the Flexenhance Plus+HA tablets directly out of her kibble and my "picky pooch" eats them out of his kibble if they are coated in peanut butter. They did not appear to have any stomach upset or other adverse reactions to the Flexenhance.Just like my dogs' usual brand, Flexenhance Plus+HA recommends an initial (higher) dose for the first four to six weeks (2 tablets per 25 lbs of body weight) and a lower dose for maintenance (1 tablet per 25 lbs of body weight).Compared to my dogs' usual brand, each tablet of Flexenhance Plus+HA contains half as much glucosamine (300mg vs. 600mg) and more hyaluronic acid (10mg vs. 6 mg). Flexenhance Plus+HA does not contain the sodium chondroitin sulfate, methylsulfonylmethane, or manganese that the other brand has. However, Flexenhance Plus+HA contains creatine monohydrate (250mg per tablet), more than a dozen amino acids, and other promising ingredients (garlic, green-lipped mussel, wild alaskan salmon oil, vitamin E, etc.) that my dogs' other brand does not include.
