Perfect for my needs, using them as hiding spots/food for my isopods. Nice size for my needs, collected and dried fresh from the tree, not picked from the ground which is how they should be collected. Quality is good I just hate paying for a natural product I can get free from nature but I didn't have the time to get my own. (I wound up getting my own anyway lol) If you must have them right away for a project or you're own isopods then they are worth it.

Just as described and our isopods love these. Spray these down with water and/or sprinkle in calcium powder or food powder for extra nutrition. But cleanup crew love to crawl into these and eat or nap inside these all day long.

These are advertised as being good for bioactive tanks and what would presumably be very moist environments, but the one I put in my isopod enclosure grew this horrifying black mold. I knew it wasn't anything else in the tank because it was only on the seed pods. I chucked the rest of them .

I followed the instructions to a t and nothing ever grew.
