This might be my favorite pillow. I have others that are technically better for my neck, but I don’t sleep on my back yet. If those pillows stayed as cool as this one, maybe I would.As mentioned, this pillow stays super cool which I love. It is firm, but not hard. I have very large breast and sleep on my stomach which are two very bad things for my posture, but at least with this pillow, my neck isn’t completely strained as it balances my head with my breasts when laying down face first. I really love it!

This pillow does exactly what it says it will do. I dont use mine but it was a good price to see if it would help my neck condition. It was a very good quality pillow just not right for my body.The one like this in name brand is about a hundred dollars.If you think you want to try a square pillow this is a good one to try.

The actual pillow itself is fine, but after washing the cover, and trying to zip it up, the zipper got stuck and would not budge, eventually I got it to move but it broke off. Instead of going through the hassle of a return, I just used a regular pillow case on it. It’s a shame because the cover had a nice feel and texture to it.

I had to start sleeping on my side due to a medical issue. This pillow works great to keep you from squishing your shoulder and arm while you sleep. It is pretty stiff and not super comfortable. It can only be used for side sleeping so if you turn over it is very uncomfortable.

This pillow is great. I noticed a big difference in my posture throughout the day and the quality of my sleep. It did take a night or two to get used to, but now when I wake up and I’m using a different pillow because I rolled over, I immediately search for my cute pillow instead.

Bought this pillow based on description and other reviews. It was not cooling at all! My head felt like it was in an oven. I returned it.

I used it for a week. I bought it because of neck pain I have when I wake every morning. However, this is too thick. So now, I have worse neck pain and my back hurts when I wake up bc it throws off your alignment. I'm a side sleeper. It says it's perfect for me. It's not. If it was 2 inches less, it might work.
