I just received this today and tested it out immediately after installing, and I’m very disappointed to see the main shower head leaks. I applied enough Teflon and used the washer (and it’s definitely screwed in tight enough), but water is still dripping from where it’s screwed in. I did try it out later though and love everything else about it (though I do wish the main shower head had an extendable arm, as it’s awfully close to the wall and sprays my shower caddy, but that one’s on me, as I knew this when I bought it). I definitely agree with other reviews too that the pressure isn’t great on either shower head, but it really does feel like rain (like exactly like rain, which most other rain showerheads do not, so that's definitely my favorite thing about it), and I did notice an immediate improvement in water quality.*Updated rating because aside from the one issue, I do like it, and their customer service is amazing.

I want to give it 4 stars but foe some reason there is a little leak and yes we put the tape on right however the water pressure is great and the different settings are pretty cool. The gand helf comes in handy when cleaning the tub and bathing my dog.

I genuinely love this shower head. I also bought one for the kid's bathroom as well. I have zero complaints!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great shower head and handheld shower head combo.The main shower is an 8 inch square Rain Shower Head with 100 shower spray nipples. I like this head the best for its soothing broader coverage. My wife likes the handheld shower head for the more powerful stream and portability. Of course we both like both heads which is why we installed it and have been enjoying it daily.The handheld shower head has a variety of settings with a simple slider that chooses which nipples are getting water and with which pattern. One setting is actually a mister type of spray. The handheld shower head is quite a bit larger and somewhat heavier than most handhelds but not so much as to be a negative for us.There is a valve control lever on the fitting behind the Rain Shower Head to select between that or the handheld or share the water with both, although that will naturally reduce the pressure to each.CAUTION: One of the settings on the handheld shower head is to direct all water out of a slot on the backside of the shower head. You must be VERY careful when selecting this mode not to have that slot pointing at your face, as the stream of water from that slot is very powerful and I imagine could cause injury if you spray your eyes with it. This is a great function for cleaning your shower tile or power spraying something in your shower. I can’t see giving much of a negative rating for this function, just a word of caution.The package comes with a welcome letter and contact information for you to easily provide feedback or seek assistance if needed as well as warranty information. They also provide the wrench and teflon tape (with lots of extra tape) needed for installation as well as spare filters, one each for the main water line and one for the handheld.The installation is actually very easy, like most handheld shower head units, just that there is a little more to install is all. When installing, make sure to not be stingy when wrapping the teflon tape on the pipe as they give you plenty.I installed this system with the filters in place and again with the filters removed and had negligible difference in perceived water pressure. So, if your water pressure is normal, you should be able to leave the filters in place and take advantage of them.I also like this combo because there is no drilling required to mount the handheld shower head because the mounting bracket for that is a very strong sticky back mount that will stay on the wall. It’s also very nice in that the angle of the handheld shower head bracket is adjustable to suit personal needs.Overall, this is a very nice upgrade option for a shower.

Everything was great about the product except the filter leaking a lot. It twist in the middle of the filter so that’s where the leak happens. I even wrapped it with tephlon/sealant and tightened it a much as possible but didn’t work. I’ll be returning it if this new separate filter I buy doesn’t work.

This shower head combo was very easy to install. Best yet, it actually came with a wrench to tighten the hex heads. In the past I've had to source my own wrench (by using pliers). It also comes with two full rolls of Teflon tape.I could not seem to tighten the connections to stop the water leaking completely. I was hesitant to overtighten them, lest I break the head. The connector which joins all of the pieces together at the wall pipe gave a startling "crack" sound as I set it into place - and I definitely didn't overtighten it, I was turning the wrench very slowly to avoid exactly that.My only other gripe would be the waterfall shower head itself - all of the other connectors had a hex to install it, this didn't. So far, this piece doesn't appear to be leaking.the adhesive which holds the handheld seems to be very strong. I would have preferred the design incorporate the holder into the valve that attaches to the wall pipe, because the fixture is now more or less permanent to the house and can't easily be moved.The diverter for the handheld / waterfall head isn't an either/or diverter. It's a gradual switch from one device to the other. That's nice - that means I can use both the handheld and the waterfall at the same time, and I can choose the strength of either one.the handheld has a mode which appears to be "water off" but a little water does come out of the head in this mode.the high pressure mode on the handheld is indeed pretty high pressure. Just keep it in mind when you switch modes to not aim it at your face!
