Review: Outdated, Awful Computer; Horrific Tech Support - The computer glitches out, going blue or pink screen and then no signal. The RAM provided is literally 1 RAM stick, and it is an outdated setup in its entirety. I wish I read more into this before buying it as I’m now stuck with an inoperable paper weight that I can’t return or be refunded for. Stay far away from this PC. Update: After battling tech support and customer service for remediation of this negligent issue, I was offered an "exchange," for a different PC with 1TB GPU and RX 560 as the upgrades on the unit. I agreed, and the PC they sent me that I'd waited for after fighting tooth and nail to get -- arrived DOA, black-screening upon first power up. I am still awaiting my S E C O N D Refund/Return/Exchange PC since the previous 2 both died within 3 months of purchase. I'm awestruck at how a Quality Control check was performed on these PCs and one arrived to me DOA, unresponsive. This company also has very misleading warranties, as well as misleading methodologies for customers to go about even finding out how to properly make contact with customer support or tech support regarding an issue with their product, due to the fact that the tech support email handle they print off and stick onto the case of the PC's is the wrong email domain in it's entirety. Email "astsys.net" for tech support/customer service, do NOT email "astsys.com" -- STGAubron.com's official website email handle at the bottom of their website is no longer in use as my email daemon returned an email I sent to that email. There are little to no phone numbers provided regarding the Customer Service or Tech Support lines, as the phone numbers they print out and stick on the case of the PC sends you directly to an automated voice system telling you to LITERALLY EMAIL THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS, AGAIN. It goes, "For any further assistance, and quicker response times please email, 'astsys.com,' thank you."
