I haven't noticed any delay in picture from one screen to other other and it's more than happily streams 20ft through a wall. Review: I believe this item would work well. - I bought it to transmit my NVR to stream to the kitchen TV. But it would not stay connected. However where ever i plugged the transmitter anywhere else in the house it seemed to have a steady signal ( without streaming any thing) I did find that odd. So i returned the item.
