Motor not working. Useless product. Wastage of money.
The media could not be loaded. Don't buy it. It has stopped working just after 15 days. You can't return it now. Motor is not lifting water. Hence, it has become useless. Wasted lots of time to contact customer care. No result. Sheer wastage of money. Not worth to spend money.

Not a great product
The socket to connect the fountain is very very weak , the design of the product does not allow the motor to pump the water unless we make it bend the portion to sink and connect to the water is not measured correctly , over all the motor system is design issue , other than that the fountain is good
