My use was for inside windshield. It was.perfect. oily residue on the lower portion was easily removed. I was not able to get that removed before.

I like the quality and the way it functions and cleans but the problem is it smears. But I love the way it functions although it's mirrors very bad and it doesn't clean the window smoothly I guess I'll still keep it for the price.

Leaves streaks. Doesn’t clean well, the only thing that feels well made are the pads. Otherwise I have tried time and time again to use this product, with force and without, with just water, with windex, no mater what it leaves streaks.

It is cheaply constructed, and didn’t work very well. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

I purchased this item with some hesitations due to other customer reviews, but I gotta tell you, for the price, it does the job! The cloth bits are ok. I mean maybe they're not THE most absorbent materials, but as long as you don't soak your windows, they work fine. I light mist is all you really need, and these cloths work perfectly fine, leave no streaks, and therefore they pass the test for me.Is it flimsy? Yes. But it's also (at the time of purchase) $6. If they last a year, I'm happy.
