Assembly was easy enough without even reading the instructions… however, I have put something similar together on two other occasions as well as a cat water bowl fountain… so if this is new to you, reading the instructions may be a good idea. I forgot that distilled water is best for the pump so I did need to dump out the tap water I had first filled it with and then fill it again with distilled. The light: didn’t love it so I pulled it out of the hole and left loose down below and that easily took care of that! The sound: I reallllllly wanted that sound of the water… a little babbling brook trickle… but put together as intended… with the light in the hole and the rocks around the bottom… there were very little discernible water sounds… and my pump is super quiet (which is awesome!) However, after taking out the little light the water falls right down that hole and if your water level underneath isn’t right up to where the hole is… VOILA! You get that little water fountain noise that, I think, most of us are wanting! Anyway, I really love the look and sound now that I’ve played around with it and set it up in a way that works best for me!

This fountain uses a lot of water! I can only hear it trickle when it's completely full, which doesn't last very long. I bought the fountain to hear the water, and I'm very disappointed. The colors are nice. The colors reflect off the water nicely, also.

It was super easy to set up. Just unbox it and then plug it in. Rocks came with it so just add those to the bottom. I had to keep filling with water for the ball to rotate. Bought this as a birthday gift for my mom. She loves it!

Tiny, itty bitty fountain. Disappointed by how big it looked in the pictures. The hands must be photo shopped. Paint isn’t metallic and really is just brown, not copper/gold like pictured. I will say that it hums, so if you’re wanting water noises this isn’t a great one for that. The marble spins and is fun to watch, the lights work great and it’s a nice display. Have to fiddler with the water pressure though. It has a dial to change the pumps strength. It had no instructions so you had to just kind of play with it to put it together just right

It’s a good product and works fine, but the problem is that you can’t turn off the light which is kinda annoying but not a huge deal. Overall I would say it’s good for the money.

The product’s port where the pump tube interfaces was broken/cracked/chipped. It didn’t seem like it’d have issues with pumping so I put the tube in. But when I did that, the port cracked more. Moreover the light is very disappointing. It only really lights up the bottom tier and a little of the next higher tier. But it’s not as satisfying as all tiers being lit. The water doesn’t flow evenly along the sides, so when decorating with the rocks, some won’t be wet unless you get VERY creative with the placement. But seeing dry rocks is boring. Appearance doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s not a wet stone type of appearance when unpackaged. It’s really just plastic that’s been painted, which is fine, but it doesn’t have the same sheen.

Very good quality for the price. Up close the bowl is obviously inexpensive plastic (but still not outright 'cheap'). The 'rock stack' formation is painted well enough to look good, even though it is obviously not real rocks. Can barely hear the pump over the water. Works well for up to 10hours straight, with only slight heating up (in a relatively cool environment). Obviously requires regular cleaning and upkeep of water level (once every 1-3 weeks). Water flow has either 2 or 3 settings (forgot, not checking again). Overall would recommend.

Works well very visually pleasing with water and lights but no sound it’s super quiet. Also note it’s only a few inches tall so just a desk size mini fountain.

Product was returned as it was bought for my Mom but was just so small! She expected it to be a decent size,but it was not. Was never used so no idea how it worked.

This came and as i opening and trying to set it up I realize it damaged and pieces falling off. I will be retiring it I had to come back here and update my review on this item! I had someone come in to look at these fountains I purchased as I was about to return this one, but it was an easy repair and upon the install it looks beautiful
