I believe this is one of the top creatine products that I've used and I've used a lot over my time lifting. At this point I can say Birdman creatine is really effective and also causes no gastric distress and mixes easily with anything you can think of such as shakes, performance drinks or even plain water. There's no hype built in also so you know you're getting a pure product with no filler or junk behind it!

I actually don’t work out, which is funny because most people use creatine for the gym. This is my first time ever taking creatine and I feel I made a great choice picking this product as my first experience. Like other reviews mention, there is no taste at all even mixing with just water. I’ve been taking it for about 3 weeks now, and I genuinely feel that it helps with muscle recovery. I take a pre workout so not sure how much it helps with drive during exercise, but I do feel like the product is helping improve strength and recovery!

These are made well but were so large I had trouble getting them down and had to give them to my Husband.

I have used powders before, and they work well; However, these creatine capsules are effective and super convenient option over traditional powders. There is no mixing, no taste, no mess no need to deal with mixing powder. Big plus that they’re vegan, caffeine-free, and have no added sugar. The fact that it's micronized also seems to help with absorption and reduces any potential stomach discomfort. It is effective just like others but taking a pill is much more convenient and the quality of the product is there from the packaging to the NO taste pills. If you're looking for a creatine supplement that’s effective, clean, and easy to take, I highly recommend giving this one a shot.

Llego en buenas condiciones, solo que no venia con sello de Creapure como cuando lo he comprado en otros sitios o físico lo que me hace dudar un poco de su calidad, es mi primera vez comprando pero buenas expectativas por el momento, se ve de calidad. No se si la volvería a comprar en cápsulas porque para llegar a la dosis recomendada tienes que tomar como 5 cápsulas , pero fuera de eso cumple con su función
