We have slept on the mattress for over 3 weeks. At first, I was a bit disappointed about the support of the edge of the mattress. Over time the edge has gotten harder and does not sag guess it needed a few eeks to reach its potential strength.

Soft Edges - way too soft
Fast delivery, but we ordered the 13" hybrid directly from the factory, not Amazon. Dreamcloud site does not offer a place for adding a review.Fast delivery. But this mattress has no edge to speak of- sure you see the edge, but sitting, or even worse, while sleeping, this edge disappears into the ether somewhere. Both my wife and I fear falling out of bed as when one nears the edge, it simply drops from awareness. After just one week of sleep on this thing, I have yet to be able to sleep deeply out of fear of falling out of bed. I don't think I can actually take 30 days of this as they recommend for getting used to it.
