Really good tool. My hair is so long now manual rotation was taking too long to wrap and with high heat, I was concerned with hair damage (not to mention time). Beachwaver’s highest heat setting is a bit lower (410 F) than what I used to use (435 F), but works well and curls held (I am using a heat protectant). Rotation is so much faster than doing it manually AND easy to control. Bi-directional button is one of the key features. I could never hold any tool upside down successfully as some other products require, so this feature made it really easy and took me seconds to get used to it! I thought that I needed a bigger barrel like 1.5” but this 1.25” is perfect as the curls naturally relax to the perfect wave. My hair is med thickness but I have a lot of it. I section bottom, middle, top. Also, I travel to Europe at least once a year so dual voltage capability is a cherry on top :) I highly recommend this curler!

this is easy to use, but the curls will not hold. I have naturally wavy hair and curls always hold well for me with a curling iron, but not with the beach waver. It would be great if the curls would hold since it is easy to use. Unfortunately, this does not work for me

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I loved the thought od this hair curler nut the first time I used it, I burned my forehead. It went back. Sorry lousy directions didn't help. Heat level:Too hotCurling ability:Guess it would be okay if I didn't get burned
