Nice taste work well

I got the cherry flavor and it's amazing. It doesn't leave you jittery at all gives you great energy without all the side effects you get from other products. I use as directed on the bottle and I go to the gym after work give me the energy I need for my workout

I take a shot of this with my 1st phorm endurance prior to going to the gym at 5am. It works as it's supposed to and has a great taste.

I'm well versed on the benefits of L-Carnitine but in the past have never been able to finish a bottle (I prefer the liquid form) due to the taste or consistency. This one actually DOES taste like a cherry popsicle - not too sweet and with just a tiny little bit of tartness. PERFECT. I went with the 1500 (3000 would be just too much for me) and although I'm only on Day 2 I haven't experienced any negative side effects. As I age and my metabolism slows, I need that little extra kick to subsidize my healthy eating and workouts. I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and may update later with regard to the positives and any possible negatives. But for now it is what it is: L-Carnitine - do your research and decide if this is for you. Cheers!

I love this stuff, and highly recommend it to anyone!! I used it to tone up/add muscle/reduce fat while exercising and lifting weights, to get ready for tropical vacation. After 6 days, I already see a huge improvement!!!!
