Great Apple Cider Vinegar supplement with many benefits!
Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice from crushed apples. It contains acetic acid and nutrients such as B vitamins and vitamin C. People use apple cider vinegar for many reasons such as to detoxify the body by helping get rid of harmful blood lipids, improve skin health by restoring your skin's pH and killing bad bacteria, lower blood pressure. Additionally, incredible detoxification actions of ACV work to flush out the harmful toxins from the liver that hinders its normal functions. The question is whether it is better to take ACV in liquid form or as a pill or gummy. The answer is that apple cider vinegar can be as effective in either form as long as the capsules or gummies contain what they say they do. ACV pills are generally safe for healthy people to use. Ingesting ACV before you go to sleep might help you wake up with stable blood sugar. A study published in the Diabetes Care journal found that taking vinegar at bedtime moderates glucose concentration when you wake up. ACV is not a replacement for medications to lower blood pressure or cholesterol. However, it may complement prescription medications and increase the effects of a healthful diet. This 60 day supplement of 1000mg of apple cider vinegar is a great way to try ACV and see the potential benefits for yourself. If you are averse to the taste and smell of the liquid vinegar like many of us are, this is the best way to get all the benefits without having to endure all the pain that normally goes into drinking the liquid form, even when it is diluted.

What a SCAM!!! Lesson learned.
This product is a scam product. It does not help you to lose the weight it advertises. The photos of Kelly Clarkson are photoshopped, (which I discovered after the fact). I purchased and used the product (silly me) and it did absolutely nothing, (sorry to report). And Good Luck trying to get a refund, it ain’t gonna happen!!!Just a heads up!A.

Fyvus Activlife Keto+ ACV Gummies (2 pack) – Clearly superior to its copycat competitors
This product is SUPERIOR to its copycat competitors’ products currently on the market. Half the calories and sugars, less carbs, and more B12. Along with that, this product INCLUDES B6 (some competitors SAY they do but they actually do NOT) as well as including iodine, an essential nutrient. My primary incentive for using these gummies is the ability to control cravings and reduce appetite. After only the first day I can attest that this is true. Taken 20 minutes before your main meal of the day, you can feel the appetite suppressant (ACV) work almost immediately after taking them. Burning fat, enhancing metabolism, and supporting healthy digestion are all bonuses. With regard to being Keto-friendly, research does indicate that B6 and B12 supplements are necessary while pursuing Keto (a diet that forces the body to burn fat for energy rather than carbs) to achieve accelerated weight loss, and this product includes both.PLEASE NOTE: I do have one nit to pick. One of the pictures in the description says “Maximum Strength”. While it may have been the case in the past that previous versions of competitor products had only 500 mg ACV, they seem to have all upgraded to 1000 mg ACV. In fact, the newest versions on the market that have either “Extra Strength” or “Extreme” printed on the label have 2000 mg of ACV.

Tastes great
I have been interested in trying an ACV supplement for a while now after researching its benefits, but taking ACV shots in water is honestly very hard to scarf down due to the strong taste. I was excited to give these a try and so far I am pleased. The taste is pleasant and mostly just tastes like apples, and I have been taking two a day before or with meals. I have had no averse side effects. Of course, this is not any kind of magical weight loss pill which no one should expect it to be, but I do believe it to have digestive benefits along with curbing appetite, so I am happy to add it to my daily supplements.

Good along with diet and exercise. So good in fact that I ordered more than one order.
Been using these in conjunction with working out on the treadmill. These are actually my second order of these. I originally got them outside of Vine, but when I saw them on Vine I ordered them here too since they are pretty great. The taste is decent, and I find that the claims of helping with weight loss are somewhat valid. I think I'm losing more weight using these along with cardio than pure cardio alone. Your experience may vary, but they seem to be working decently for me!

Good Tasting and Helps with Appetite
There is a slight smell of apple cider vinegar when opened, but the flavor is purely apple, and fairly good. Likely due to B vitamin content, these gave me an even energy boost. There is a dose of iodine, which I am sure is similar to the iodine content in table salt, but that is worth considering. The two that I took are helping with my urge to eat, so there is probably something different than regular apple cider vinegar gummies. They are an average value. I feel fine after taking the recommended daily serving of two gummies.

I don't see how this is Keto
These supplements taste good…a lot like candy. And it’s no wonder, since they contain added sugars. Actually, what bothers me about these is that the ingredients list on their product listing mentions that they contain beet root powder and pomegranate juice and apple cider vinegar. What the listing doesn’t mention is the rest of the ingredients as listed on the label (see photo). The first four (which are the most prevalent ingredients) are Glucose Syrup, Sucrose, Water, Glucose. So three of the top four ingredients are basically sugars. The label also says that there are 3g of Carbs, 2 of which are added sugars. Plus the product listing is littered with bad grammar and typos. If they put as much care into their product as they do their listing, then I’d get a little nervous about this.

Scam
Please don’t waste your money on this product like I did. It doesn’t taste bad, but is just a gummy. Total bs as far as a weight loss gummy. If it sounds too good to be true, it is bs!!!
