Good quality mug
I love this mug. Good quality and looks great. My only small gripe is that it would have been better if it had been a bit bigger but other than that Its perfect.

Poor quality
The picture on the outside of the mug is extremely poor quality. To make matters worse, you actually have to pay for postage if you return it!
