I love my allevapro belt, so I was excited for the allevasole as wrapping my foot in the belt can be tedious. Things I love about allevasole: 1. Red light therapy that actually helps! I have had a few too many surgeries on my foot and ankle and red light has helped a lot with the pain and swelling. 2. Love that it comes with a battery pack and I don't have to stay close to the wall. 3. Love the laying it flat option- you can use it on different areas of your body - just put something over the velcro strips. 4. Instructions are clear and easy to use. 5. Packaging is good and shipping was fast. 6. Has a timer built in, so you don't go over the 20 minute limit. 7. Customer service and support to answer your questions and any help you might need is wonderful! Could be a little better:The fit of the Allevasole boot is a bit odd... the instructions are clear on how to put it on, but it took a little getting used to to feel like I had it on right. Overall, if you are looking for a portable red light product - especially for your foot and ankle- this is a good choice. The portability is extremely appealing... got lots of travel time and prone to swelling - this is gold.... hours in the car or even travel to and from work (depending on the foot/area of the body you injured), also perfect.

I got this because I was having a lot of foot pain. This is a good size to make sure you get full coverage. It’s easy to use. Took me a couple of times to figure out how to get it on like the pic. Wish it came with a remote but not a big deal. Too soon to tell if it helps with the foot pain. Overall it’s functional & I generally like red light therapy & the things it can help with!

I have been using the Allevasole now for approximately one month. I am on my feet several hours in the day and paired with high arches, my feet are sore at the end of most days. Therefore, I was happy to see that LifePro had created a product to specifically target the feet and ankles. I am familiar with RedLight therapy and I am happy to say this product does indeed alleviated my foot pain. Bonus, it gives me an excuse to sit down and relax while I am using the product! As for the product itself, I had high confidence in its quality since it is a LifePro product. I have experience with other LifePro items; they are well constructed, well designed, and thoughtful products. This item is no exception. The Allevasole is created for the foot; however, my son used it on his shoulder. The product is flat and designed to wrap around the foot, so it is easy to use on other body parts. The Allevasole comes with the charger and the charging block which is so handy. I don't always think of those details, but I got to say, it's nice that "all the pieces" are included. Well done LifePro!

I do believe this helps my achy feet. First night i used it for the full 20 minutes and the next morning my feet didn’t hurt. Normally my feet hurt every morning. The down side is the battery seems to last 3 or 4 full sessions. Which if you did one foot, that’s not bad. Doing both tho, you may not get a full sessions on the other foot if you didn’t charge it after the previous use. Unfortunately you can’t use it while it’s charging either. You are basically required to charge it after each use. Minus 2 stars for low battery life and not being able to use while charging. Everything else works well.
