Great in toe area of socks for sweaty feet! Keeps my toes dry and fresh!! After shower, dry feet good, pour a little in toebox of socks and you are good to go for the day!! Been using this for years because i am naturally sweaty in feet, all my life and now have to wear custom orthotics with sneakers everyday.

I miss the Gold Bond Powder Spray for feet, but on the other hand it was expensive and ran out quickly. This is a decent substitute. I use it before hitting the treadmill. It’s cornstarch-based, so it’s very light and doesn’t really “stick” to your feet. You also can’t squeeze too much into your socks because then your feet will give off huge powder-clouds when you walk or run.What I do is to put a light dusting of this on my bare feet, then put socks on, then run my feet over the floor where the excess powder fell, so it gets on the bottom of the socks. That seems to provide good enough odor control for a workout. It’s very “mentholated,” like all Gold Bond stuff. The price is right.
