FitVille Exitra Wide Steel Toe Shoes for Men Puncture Proof Composite Toe Safety Work Shoes with Arch Support

I’ve been lifting weights for decades. I wear protective shoes when lifting due to a broken toe ten years ago that occurred when a novice lifter had a 5 pound weight plate came loose, bounced 8 feet and broke my toe.It’s hard to locate comfortable non-skip safety toe shoes. I’ve tried Keen, Skechers, Puma and Timberland shoes and none match the comfort of this offering from FitVille.The FitVille’s are comfortable, fit me really well, are wide enough for my 4E feet, have non-slip soles that don’t collect snow and are nearly slip-on ready.The problem for me with safety shoes is always width because the safety toes are unforgiving. The FitVille extra wide was ideal for me.No one will confuse the FitVille’s with Jordan’s but they are innocuous looking and most of all, comfortable and safer from another novice weight lifter than standard gym shoes. They are also very inexpensive.For me, this brand was a great acquisition for my use at the gym. Hope this helps!

12 Wide Feels Good. After 2 days I can say they are comfortable. I added an extra aftermarket insole just in case but seems very good. I like these composite toe safety shoes.

They were very comfortable however they weren't water proof. I work as a custodian so I am 8n constant water. My shoes got wet & so did my feet. Other than that I loved them. They were very comfortable & the price was pretty good. They are very durable too

Made for people with wide feet for sure. I have slightly wide feet, enough so that regular width work shoes with toe protection leave no room and rub my toes til they blister. I ordered 11 which is a half size larger than I wear in sneakers (10 1/2) and tossed in insoles with arch support that I like (on top of the bedding already in them) and have had no issues, even with breaking them in. The instep is a little larger too if you have thick feet. I wore them on a day off and they felt like regular shoes, and this style breaths well keeping my feel cooler than with leather uppers. I'm for sure getting these again, and probably gonna switch to their non work shoes too. If you have really wide feet then I'd go for their xx width but mine are just slightly wider than normal.

The shoes are comfortable, I like the wide toe box. The steel toe works however, the traction on the bottom of the shoes is horrible! I wouldn't recommend getting on a metal roof with these shoes on. I couldn't keep my traction and almost fell off the roof.

They were fine for the first week or so. And then they were horrible. I cannot wear them even though they are only 6 weeks old. My left foot is Ok. The right foot , nearest my small toe is really bad. I have a major sore spot in between my toes that came about after wearing the shies and went away after I stopped wearing them for10 days.. I tried to wear them one more time today after everything healed and I could barely make it through the day. I have the same sore starting in the same location. My tennis shoes have been fine for the last week and a half. Would not recommend these shoes to anyone.

I was struggling with a very painful foot issue and I work 5 days a week 12 hours a day in a factory on my feet. I was in so much pain everyday I thought I was going to have to change professions, which I did not want to do. I even had my foot 3d scanned at a redwing store and $225 boots that were "sure" to leave me in comfort. I could barely walk at the end of the day and by the end of my 60 hour week, I was often in tears as I took my boots off.I bought these shoes in desperation of relief and with the great reviews and price I had little to lose.I'm like a new person, these shoes are perfect! They are light and roomy in the exact way I need them to be and my daily pain went from me leaving work limping and in significant pain to leaving work feeling good enough to put on my new walking shoes I bought from this company, and going for a 3 mile walk! THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY QUALITY OF LIFE BACK!
