I used the smallest earpieces with the open looped set and they worked great in a very loud IMAX show. I could still hear the person next to me asked a question. I love that this includes a set of the closed buds for sleep too. They were easy to remove and did not hurt at all. They are as good as the other reviews say they are. I ordered a 2nd pair.

Love these! They are comfortable and effective and so many options to get the right fit. The carrying case is fantastic for traveling and they are easy to clean. They go in with no difficulty and are easy to remove as well. This makes them super handy for in and out during the night to meet the needs of the night. Note that they are not totally sound blocking so if the snoring is really bad and I am awake it can be difficult to get to sleep but I am rarely awakened to snoring if I am asleep with them in. They are stated to be to -35db.Make sure you try different size tips and the 1 or 2 cone styles to get what works best. Also make sure you get them carefully installed on the head as they can be difficult to get fully seated. Note the holes mentioned in other reviews are located right at the top of the cone so air can release as you slide the cone onto the head, they do not allow sound to get in once fully assembled.Make sure you carefully seat the plugs in your ears and they will work great. Remember they only reduce sound not eliminate it and if they aren’t seated well they will not work as well. These are so much better than the roll up foam which I find very uncomfortable and difficult to insert and they aren’t easy to put in and take out during the night.Give these a try, i think you will like them.

This was my first experience using this type of soft earplug since the disposable plugs we were handed while working under aircraft some twenty years ago, and wow, what a difference! The soft material of these plugs works even better than the ones I remember, and feels MUCH better, since the softer material expands very neatly to fill any gaps and ensure a thorough muffling of noise without hiccups or needing to be reset from intense movement, such as while jogging or lifting.They come in a neat travel case that palms easily and snaps shut, and has an impression to ensure the plugs don't bounce around in it while out of use. I tend to keep it in my pocket and use them mainly for drowning out local construction work and facilitating meditation. I know that sounds a little weird, but let me explain: when you use earplugs like these, outside sound will be muted drastically, BUT inside sound (such as your own breathing or the tremor of your own footsteps) will actually seem to increase significantly. So these aren't just good for dealing with noisy atmosphere or protecting your ears, but they can actually be very relaxing in use at home, too.TL;DR: Been using hem for almost two months now as needed, fantastic for the price, very comfortable and easy to insert/remove/clean, and worked about as perfectly as I could have imagined. I'm very glad I browsed around for these.

These are great! I got the color black and it was consistent with the photo. It fits snug into my ear and it doesn’t fall out like others. Can’t hear a thing when I’m working and I need to cut out distractions I pop these in and I’m laser focused!

I use these when I sleep to block out the noise of my partner's snoring. Ear plugs in general are uncomfortable. These are on the less uncomfortable scale. They do block out most noises or severely dampen the ambient noise. They help block out snoring, but don't eliminate it completely - only moving to the other bedroom will do that! :) They are good value but sometimes hard to find when they fall under the bed as they are black. They are easy to clean and seem durable.
