Over the last 20 years, I’ve owned four or five different GPS systems. This one is so bad that I sent it back. It’s difficult to use, it’s illogical, it’s difficult to look up addresses, I never did figure out how to save anything to favorites, and finally, and worst of all, it’s not accurate. This is a piece of trash. Do not buy this! Pay extra for Garman. It’s worth the money.

The biggest plus is the map itself, and the "mostly" friendly interface. However, after entering a known location of a store that I was going to, it pinned the wrong location and therefore gave an incorrect route. I would not feel safe going to an unfamiliar place and using this product for fear of getting lost, so returned.

We bought this for a trip we had out of state not wanting to use our phones. We had to hold the GPS into the clip holder with rubber bands and hair ties and even then if you hit a bump in the road it came flying off. The GPS itself is hard to navigate and there was a few addresses we needed that it simply could not find. During the middle of a major interchange the GPS glitched out and sent us towards an address we had put in the day previous. We wound up using our phones more than this GPS because it's quite frankly junk and a waste of money. Unfortunately, I've missed the window to return it and I'm not stuck with it. Don't bother purchasing.

Keeps telling you if you're going over the speed limit, not accurate to posted limits, 50 and up always says 50 even though the posted limit is 55, 60, 65 or 70 so it tells you even if your going the posted limit for the road you're over it. Also going under a bridge you loose signal.

The zip code feature does not work. It will not allow you to switch to a different state or area within the state than where the GPS thinks you should go. It grays out additional numbers beyond the first 3 so you cannot change locations. Also you cannot change states even when you are in a different state or input new addresses.
