This little helper has made keeping my home clean so much easier. Strong and Consistent Cleaning: The suction power is excellent for daily dust and debris. It works really well, leaving the floors noticeably cleaner after every run. Vacuum + Mop in One: Being able to vacuum and mop in a single pass is a huge time-saver. The water tank lasts long and the mopping function adds that extra shine to tiled and marble floors. Smart Mapping & Navigation: The built-in LiDAR navigation maps my home quickly and efficiently. It avoids obstacles smartly, covers almost every area, and even remembers the layout for future cleanings. App Control Made Easy: The Dreamehome app is intuitive and responsive. Very good and useful product. Worth for the money and it's cleaning around the corners as well, loved the product and compared to other brands this is giving very good results. Good battery life. Recommend if you are buying for 1st time

After using the Dreame F9 Pro for a year, I strongly advise against buying this product. While the device performs decently, the real issue lies in the availability of consumables like filters, brushes, and mop cloths. These are either completely out of stock or priced unreasonably high when available. I reached out to customer support multiple times, and their response was always the same: "We will update you when the stock arrives." But no updates ever come, and you're left waiting indefinitely. Even on Amazon or other platforms, the parts are rarely available—or they are sold at a premium that just isn’t justifiable. In short, this product becomes almost unusable once the original parts wear out. Maintenance is a critical part of owning a robot vacuum, and without accessible and affordable consumables, the whole experience is disappointing. Definitely not worth the investment.

Very useful, nice cleaning. It only consumes 2% water as compared to conventional mopping. It requires wifi . Also I request to provide support for installation

I recently bought this mopping machine and it's really worth it. Cleaning became very easy and fast. The suction and mop quality are very good, and the water tank lasts long. Floors dry quickly and look very neat. Battery backup is decent and noise is also low. Overall, a very useful machine for daily home cleaning. Definitely recommended!

The device is strictly ok for its price. Given the price, the performance , especially the vacuuming is above expectation. The mop functionality is not very good. The app is funky, sometimes it works sometimes it crashes. The main issue I have is that the device keeps showing offline even after multiple Resets. The noise level is commendably low
