Very nice product Pros The size is huge like how i wanted for shallow fry. Also heat is evennly spread, yes it is little more in the centre but i could see the gravy boil on the sides too which means heat soreads to the sides. Cons The centre is higher than the sides which doesnt make oil flow towards the food and mostly food comes off to the sides instead of collecting in the centre.
