A: On the 5 bags I received on 3 Nov 2017, they have an expiration date of 3 Oct 2018.

**Q: how the heck are you supposed to use the wire on top to close it?**
A: You put wire right under stop above where it says Dublin donuts keep up folded like it was before you opened it

**Q: how do you make this coffee?**
A: There are instructions on the package that are helpful. However, I prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I use 8-10 tablespoons for 8 cups of coffee.
