All the options don’t work
Only the whistle style works perfectly otherwise the ball and the balloon style didn’t work . Being an adult I could not blow the balloon option how on earth a kid can blow that ?

Great toy
Great toy to use with the potty. We had our son blow on this to help the pee reflex when he would sit on the potty

Surprisingly, fun and interesting lung exercise.
I am still being amazed by the work it takes to get through the exercisers. Seems there are three levels suggested, and progressive parts to exchange, but each step offers a small but exciting reward. The activities are fun.Going backwards, I’d say level 3 is definitely making you work on the exhale. The reward? A balloon you pump up. Then you can release it like a rocket. I laughed, and I’m sure a kid will want to do this repeatedly.A simpler level 2 requires less lung force, but requires a controlled exhale, and a degree of coordination, to float a ball on a column of air. You need to blow right and keep things lined up properly. The beginning level one uses the ducky head attachment, and will create a while when being done correctly. All three levels are fun and you can feel the work (rehab) being done.Interestingly to me, our dog was very interested in the whistle sound. She really checked it out, complete with her cute shepherd head tilts.I could see benefit to any age needing breathing control practice. A child would probably appreciate some aid in becoming comfortable with the motor control aspects of the levels, particularly higher levels, which require skills being just blowing.
