This is the exact replacement for the switch that operates the headrest back/forth, lumbar back/forth, chair raise/recline on my Living Spaces dual recliner. If you have Living Spaces recliner I suggest this replacement instead of spending $$$ on the very expensive Living Spaces extended warranty. I used the extended warranty when my switch failed. It took many phone calls, photos, 2 months and 2 technician visits to have my switch replaced. I ordered a backup switch from Amazon....just in case. It arrived in less than a week. It's very simple to install. Just unglug the old switch and plug in the new one.
