This was my second time ording from the seller because the first was so good but this time 12 of my shrimp died in two days after I received them maybe shipping stress, Not sure what happend but I will order from them again. I like the way it comes packed and the shrimp look so good and and healthy. I did get more than I ordered anyway.

All arrived alive and in great health. Came earlier than expected which was nice. Beautiful addition to the aquarium.

The Shrimp from this seller are full of color, the are very healthy after they get over the shipping. I did lose 4 shrimp in the shipment, mainly from the postal service screwing around for too long. I was promptly reinbursed for them by the seller.One shrimp died shortly after being added to the tank, it was a very large orange shrimp, maybe very old and I had a small filter that was supposed to be safe for shrimp but the shrimp forced their way past the thin screen material into the shrimp housing so four more died inside the filter, I had a bunch of fry previously in the tank and none of them died from the filter so I thought the shrimp would be fine with it as well, but these are persistant shrimp, anyway I replaced the filter with a really nice sponge filter that I had planned on using earlier so I dont have to worry about losing any more shrimp, the rest of the shrimp are doing great, they cleaned up my tank and plants really well already, there's no shortage of food for the shrimp in my tank. I didnt end up getting any blue velvet shrimp in the shipment unfortunately, I did receive some extra yellow fire shrimp with white stripes on their back which are cool.

These are great, healthy shrimp. The first shipment had a problem somewhere in packing I think. The box was soaked and the shrimp were all doa. I reached out to the vendor and they asked for a photo then replaced the batch right away.The second batch came super healthy. One shrimp managed to get out of the little container I was acclimating them in and fell and I figured he was a goner, but I got him to cling onto my finger and I put him back in the water and now he's just enjoying his dinner as if nothing happened. That's a sign these guys are healthy, that a shock like that isn't instant death. There were about 24 shrimp when there were supposed to be 20, and they're all great.The colors are brilliant, and they get more pronounced as the shrimp calm down and feel safer in their new home. They're all very active and just a lot of fun to watch.It is important to properly drip acclimate them and they came with detailed instructions on how to do that.

Have ordered multiple times. Have these in all my tanks. I’ve never had success with shrimp from anywhere else. Great color, healthy shrimp.

Had a few dead at arrival which the company happily rembursed me for. Unfortanetly more ended up dying afterwards and the policy only works if the bag is unopened. Shrimp that are alive are doing well. (And in case you were wondering I have grreat water pparemters, my tanks are set up for shrimp specifically and i brought shrimp afterwards and with no water changes and the shrimp are doing great)

The shrimp arrived quickly and in great condition! When I needed assistance, the customer service was fantastic. I’ll be buying more!Edit: I have bought more and I’m still very happy with my purchase. They are bright and beautiful! There’s been some extra to cover any DOA’s, but I’ve only had one in each order. The extras more than covered it! Their customer service helped me dial in my water parameters before my second order and were so helpful. If you’re looking for shrimp, stop now and buy these! This is the second time I've ordered shrimp on Amazon. Gotta say they don't disappoint, I didn't have a single DOA, and I counted all 20 live and well. Drip acclimating now, and then they get to go to their new home 😊 good variety of colors. I love these guys they're so fun to watch. If you're looking to get Neocaridina, look no further. Pretty sure this is the best deal you'll find on them.
