Very strong and sturdy plastic, the opening is straight across and I was unable to close the top to contain contents. It would be 10 stars if I could find a way to close it securely. Too stiff to tie, I don't have extra long/strong twist ties to try that, not sure they would work. Perhaps zip ties would work, I would recommend enclosing with the product so I then don't have to shop/search/find something that could close the tops *relatively* securely to prevent spillage. Perhaps 2 stars as they are essentially unusable woithout secure closure.

I buy trash bags quite often because I do not use a receptacle container. All my smaller bags of trash get placed in one large bag for pick up. I live on a very steep hill and have to “drag” the bag down. These trash bags are very thick and do not rip. They hold a lot of weight. They get four out of five stars because the thickness does make it difficult to tie.

Great bags. I use them for my Dust collection system. Now I’m using them for shingle debris on a roofing job. They are also excellent for lining my canvas canoe pack to keep things water proof. However they are very expensive.

I have used them for everything and they hold up extremely well no matter what I put in them. A superior product that I will continue to purchase as I need them, thank you.

These are the heaviest trash bags I've found and while they are not inexpensive, they will not leak or tear and are worth the cost.

Bags are VERY durable. I wish the tops were cut to make tie tabs. I did that myself because arthritis in my hands made it too hard to tie otherwise

Have used these to winterize several well controllers mounted on posts. Just slip over top of post and add some ties to keep it from billowing. Has held up well to several winter storms so far.
