Ganbai Beaufor French Champagne-Ardenne Vinegar, 500ml (16.75oz)

I was looking for a unique vinegar to use in dressings, sauces or other recipes. I came across this by chance, and gave it a try. It's a bit more than I'd typically pay in the supermarket. But it's not something I'd use a lot, so a little extra investment might be nice - so I thought. And I was pleasantly surprised. Paired with a delicious olive oil and some fresh herbs, and you have a perfect dressing for salads, cucumbers or other greens. A splash of this vinegar in place of white wine in a bechamel sauce give a unique, tart dimension to something like grilled asparagus. Lots of uses. Here's the cool thing. I ordered this and it came to the house well packaged to prevent leaks or breaks. It happens. But not here. AND I received a personal note from someone at the company asking if I were happy with my purchase. That never happens. But it did here. Support these guys. They have good products and they're working hard to make us happy.

I absolutely hate most vinegars. The smell usually turns my stomach BUT this vinegar is absolutely fantastic! I use it for everything and everyone raves over it too! The seller was great as well. The shipping was quick and they had great communication!

It works great for making salad dressing. I use this instead of plain white vinegar when making Italian dressing out ofa packet.We also enjoy it on fish and vegetables. It's got a lot of flavor, but isn't so strong that it's over-bearing.I think I like the taste of "O" brand a little better, but this is a close second and it is definitely more affordable.I would recommend.

I was making pickled eggs and the recipe called for champagne vinegar. It was hard to find in store so looked on Amazon but was hesitant since it was liquid.They were packaged great, no spills, leaks or cracks. The vinegar tasted great and could tell it wasn’t old and stored well.I ended up ordering again too.

This is a repeat order for me, I highly recommend this vinegar for salad dressings.
