My initial review of the hose was negative after it burst after 2 months. I was unable to return it and I had no luck getting the seller’s contact info. from Amazon. Within 2 days of posting my review, the seller reached out and offered to replace it or refund my purchase price. Frankly, I was surprised to hear from the seller. I received the new hose promptly and, thus far, it’s performing flawlessly. Given the seller’s willingness to stand behind the product, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Moreover, the hose is a game changer as it’s light given the length and is easily wound by my hose reel. I also appreciate the durable hose exterior; it showed no wear after being pulled through my yard. A big thanks to Titan products.

Just the right length for watering flower beds around the house. Lightweight and easy to handle. I haven't had it very long but it seems sturdy.

I had such high hopes for this hose because it was so expensive and it got good reviews. I hardly ever give bad reviews, but this one made me so mad that I just had to. First, it was packaged with tight zip ties that caused creases all along the length of the hose. I thought, well, they couldn’t possibly have knowingly destroyed their own product, right?, so I decided to hook it up and see if it puffed up where the creases were once it was filled with water. I coiled it carefully and hooked it up, but when I walked even a few feet away from the spigot, sure enough, it kinked in several places causing the flow to stop completely. Add to that the fact that the outside of the hose is made of fabric, so the minute you drag it along any dirt (something most gardeners do), it stains and can’t be cleaned. Based on the picture I thought it had texture but that it would be a rubberized material. Seriously, who makes a hose out of light colored fabric? It was no easy feat getting it back into that small box which I imagine is why they zip tied it so tightly. Don’t waste your time and energy on this one. Sorry, but it’s a total fail.

This hose does not expand and does kink up sometimes but does not leak and seemed fairly priced. I am worried about how it will hold up being drug across the rough concrete driveway but time will tell. It did get caught on a rough spot on the driveway once & it pulled the fabric a bit so I’m not holding out hope it will stay nice looking for too long. It does seem to be a nice hose and I would recommend it if you want something lightweight and not cheap feeling.
