Got the 30 birthday napkins matching the bunting and they were fabulous. Unfortnately the bunting to match had no pop or impact. Ended up cutting out from the bunting the few number 30s to just use on their own. Not worth the money paid.

Although they are paper the ties at the ends are plasticy and can take a double knot. They looked really pretty too.
