Eating Good, Easy Peasy!
This book is really good stuff! If you're into eating better without any headaches, this book is perfect. The first part really made sense to me – it talks about using plants to make your body feel good, something I've always believed. I haven't tried every single recipe, but the ones I have tried are top-notch. After each recipe, you get a breakdown of the calories and all the good stuff you're putting into your body. It's like having a food helper right there with you!This book is super easy to follow. It's not filled with hard words or tricky ingredients – just simple, practical advice and tasty recipes. I think anyone wanting to eat healthier should give it a shot. This book is the way to go if you want to eat better without hassle. Trust me, you won't regret it!

WOW!
I follow Dr. Barbara on social media and I’m blown away from her knowledge on health and wellness! So when I came across that she literally had cookbooks out there, it was a no-brainer to acquire this book. Simple ingredients are tasty, satisfying and clean ingredients!

Lots of plant-based options
I am familiar with Barbara O’Neal‘s work and that’s why this cookbook particularly caught my eye. I found the recipes to be pretty easy to follow and I enjoyed how this is a 28 day meal plan with 365 days worth of Plant based recipes. One of my favorite desserts in this cookbook is the no bake peanut butter bars, so you’re definitely gonna have to make that for yourself.

Like the large print
I was super excited to order this and it does have some good recipes. However the format is not as user friendly as I would prefer. I find myself looking in the back for an index that will help me navigate but the only reference is in the front and unless you know what you want specifically, it does not easily direct you to what you're looking for.

When looking for a healthy, easy and good recipe book, I had come across this one. I have made several dishes that are full of flavor, healthy and easy to make. I would recommend this for your library.

Totally agree...
The statements in the first quarter of the book about the wholesome plant-based approach and what to be particularly vigilant about are exactly what I would say to my dietary friends. I am very passionate about a good approach to the principle of "let food be your remedy". In this short time, of course, I have not been able to try out all the recipes, but I think it is wonderful that at the end of each recipe, there is the number of calories and the vitamins and minerals we are taking in. Very good and highly recommended!
