Very happy with this
I didn't have much hope that this would help, but after wrapping up the second week of 90-100 gegree weather I am very pleased. It's 92 outside and 78 indoors thanks to this cooler. It works great as a fan, but in this heat I'm utilizing the swamp cooler option with ice cubes, ice packs and water. It's keeping the indoors completely tolerable and relatively comfortable. I live in northern Idaho, where the humiduty is 20 % a lot of the time. It does raise the humidity when running around the clock but the air is much cooler.

Keeps you cool in the heat!
We purchased more than one of these when our heat pump went out. They were a life saver! They actually cool if you use the ice packs and water. You do have to change them out several times but it’s not too bad. You can also just use the regular fan mode without the cool. It’s a great size and one cooled our whole living room. They also look nice! Definitely a great purchase!

Leaks water
The reservoir is heavily leaking after a couple months of use and winter storage in the attic. No obvious cracks or breaks, but it won't hold water. ***But I filled a warranty claim that was super fast and easy, and they are sending a new reservoir. ***

Died after One Year!!!
I bought this in 2024 when summer came. Thinking I could save money on electric bill if I just cool off my room at night. It started pretty good. The drawer that holds the water was hard to open and close. Irritating but I could live with it. It's quite a bit of work to fill tank put cold packs in and then in the morning clean it out. Ok. As long as I save money. I packed it up when winter came and stored it. A year later I unpacked it to use. It made a horrible noise when using the cold water air. I checked everything. If I left the drawer open an inch it would stop but soon it started up again. Now I can only use the fan. Then the fan started making a noise!! Now I can't use it at all!! A year later. Ridiculous!! I will never buy this product again or anything from this manufacturer or seller!! If you do buy it make sure you pay for the warranty. Frankly NOT WORTH IT!!

Works great
Easy assembly, works great. Bought for grandson's bedroom instead of a window airconditioner. He loves it and it helps to keep his room cool even in this 90 degree heat. Just ordered a second one for our bedroom. Only problem was shipping. It is sent through the post office and I get my mail through a drop box so I have to go to Post Office to pick up the large box and have it carried to my vehicle because I am disabled and handicapped.

Hit and miss...
We've bought two of these. It's basically a standing evaporative cooler with a pump that circulates water through the chiller medium and blows air across that medium to create cooling. The first one was nice, worked as described. The second one has a pump that has not worked since the first day we got it. So it's a very over-priced fan. We're at 50/50 on these, so... 3 stars.

Highly recommend
Love it so much! Easy setup love that you don’t need to put water and instead use the ice packs! Reaches and cools you down in the living room . Highly recommend. Size is bigger than I thought which makes it even better.

A real impact
I put this in a room that is more or less baked all day long by the sun. I have several aqara temperature sensors throughout my house and that room is always 10+ degrees warmer in the summer than every other room in the house. Using the graph of the temperature from a 16 hour period from 8pm to noon the temperature dropped significantly and kept pace with the rest of the house on the rise through the morning and into the afternoon. The average temperature of the room over the past week was 81 degrees with the AC set at 72. For the whole day (after turning in the fan in that room) the average temperature was 70.4 degrees. (It’s a zoning problem in the house that is going to take like $8k to fix so a $150 fan was worth testing). I need more data to make a definitive conclusion of course but this first day is a promising datapoint, considering the previous day’s high temp was 98 degrees and today was 94 a near 11 degree difference in the room temperature is huge. There was a forecasted 4 degree difference with the high temp from yesterday and today, and I kept the AC at 72 degrees as I always have it. The only significant change in that room was this fan and we only used the water reservoir we’re going to run it for a full 7 days with water only and then have data to compare the significance with the ice packs installed.I have another room that isn’t as intense as the other room and I’m buying another for that room too.Very highly recommend so far!
